Refund Policy

At Let's Play Harborough, we strive to provide a fun and engaging experience for children and their parents. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our booking policies. Please review our Refund & Transfer Policy below.

1. Booking Transfers

  • General Transfers: If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may transfer your booking to another available session within the same term as the original booking.
  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for transfers. Last-minute cancellations on the day of the session cannot be rescheduled.
  • Sibling Discount: If you booked multiple children with our sibling discount, the transfer applies to all children in that booking.

2. Severe Weather Policy

  • If severe weather makes it unsafe or impractical to attend a session, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to another available session within the same term.
  • If we cancel the session due to weather, you may choose between a transfer or a refund.
  • If you choose not to attend when the session is running, this will be treated as a standard cancellation (see Section 3).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations or non-attendance. If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to transfer your booking (see Section 1).
  • If we cancel a session (e.g., due to weather, staff illness), you are entitled to a choice of a transfer or refund.
  • Refunds for any other reason are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Transfer or Refund

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and the conditions outlined above.

By booking a session at Let's Play Harborough, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund & Transfer Policy.
